Following the success of Flint Barn in Alfriston, winner of the Sussex Heritage Award 2003 for a small residential development, and in 2005 an Award and High Commendation for projects in Lewes - Rykehurst House and Dale House, 2006 saw a High Commendation for a project which merged two Listed Cottages in Iford near Lewes.
