The new dwelling was built on a site of 46m² and achieves a four storey two bedroom dwelling with a footprint of a mere 28m². The Ground Floor is living space and leads down the central stair to the Lower Ground Floor Kitchen / Dining Area and a rear garden amenity space of 18m². On the First Floor are two bedrooms and at the top of the stairs at Second Floor Level a Shower-room / WC and Bathroom, a small study space and a roof terrace tucked behind the parapet with sea views. It was built to let.

What we liked about working with DK Architects was that we felt they listened to what we wanted to do and the dialogue was two-way and creative. This gave us the chance to get the project that we wanted. There were some technically complicated problems to solve, but they seemed to enjoy the challenge, worked well with the Contractor and the project turned-out to be very successful, but more than that, it is a home which works very well for us. We are happy to recommend them.
