Work carried-out: A design for a high value house on a prominent site on Worthing seafront involving negotiations with Planning Officers and Adjacent Owners, liaising with Right to Light Consultants, Planning Consultant and preparatory work for an Appeal.
Project description: This proposal is for replacement of an existing 1930’s house on Worthing seafront. It envisages a high specification infill which takes advantage of the spectacular panoramic view of the beach and seascape. It is intentionally slightly Edwardian in feel on the entrance side and more open and contemporary facing the sea and the walled garden. It has all the current ‘must-have’s’ for luxurious and convenient modern lifestyles.
