Eco-micro house in Conservation Area

Work carried out: Detailed negotiations with the Conservation Officer, meeting criteria of BREEAM Eco Homes achieving ‘Very Good Standard’

Project description:

The new dwelling was built on a site of 46m² and achieves a four storey two bedroom dwelling with a footprint of a mere 28m². The Ground Floor is living space and leads down the central stair to the Lower Ground Floor  Kitchen / Dining Area and a rear garden amenity space of 18m². On the First Floor are two bedrooms and at the top of the stairs at Second Floor Level a Shower-room / WC and Bathroom, a small study space and a roof terrace tucked behind the parapet with sea views. It was built to let.
