The property is located in a high value area of Hove. It is a detached house with a large rear garden. There was the clear potential to extend the home into the empty side space and make a lovely large space for the clients to enjoy with their young family. They opted to install child friendly storage units to one side for their use. A Cloakroom was incorporated to improve the facilities of the Ground Floor. A specialist wine cellar unit was inserted in the floor to make a lovely and practical feature. The large opening for the concertina doors gives great access to the garden and the lantern rooflight spills lots of light into the space.
