Project description: The property is in a great high value location with a park nearby and views South to the sea, but the house had been altered very badly with poor construction. A scheme was designed that would represent a wise investment allowing for its final potential and the clients had the insight to agree to a phased approach building the part first that would be the most immediately practical but with the clear intention to return with a second phase when the timing is right.
The Second phase will transform the look of the house dramatically from the street and will completely remodel the First Floor and provide a Master Bedroom Suite at Second Floor Level.
The scheme has primarily transformed the rear of the property at Ground Floor Level and some of the adjacent spaces and room, which has made a very comfortable Kitchen / Garden Room with great access to the Garden. The clients have young children and they love the way the space integrates family times into their lives.
