Shoreham Beach is an area with a complete mix of styles of houses and chalet bungalows. This property was very mundane and the Clients wanted to breathe a totally new life into it and have a very contemporary styled home. A complete strip-out ensued and the new design reconfigured the Ground Floor with a new Front Entrance, repositioned the staircase and enlarged the available Living space to incorporate a modern Kitchen. The First Floor now offers a very generous Master Bedroom suite. The dormers were updated and re-styled to produce a much sharper look. The work extended into the external spaces too.
